Every client who engages in a Personal Training package or wants to take part in group exercise sessions will require an assessment as a pre requisite to training. Fitness assessments are used to gauge basic levels of conditioning for wellbeing and lifestyle control, and are provided free of charge. Assessments are a vital tool to discover levels of flexibility and stability and identify areas that need to be worked on prior to beginning any exercise programme. The assessment will also provide a record to refer back to and assist in measuring improvements in performance this in turn helps motivate and give feedback on the provision of training programmes. After each assessment you will receive a comprehensive fitness report on all tests completed with goals and suggestions on helping improve towards a healthy and active lifestyle. You will be assessed after 12 weeks to test & measure your progress.
