I went to Stuart with the goal of losing weight and changing the shape of my body. He has helped me achieve both those goals by introducing me to a number of new training routines. I wanted to tone up my abdominals and strengthen my core whilst becoming more confident with the free weights. I was also keen to discuss my nutrition to understand how to get the most out of my training sessions. Having had a few personal trainers I was pleased to see that Stuart didn't try to put me on crazy diets or insist upon two hour sessions, instead I'm able to fit in a workout before work and not compromise on any of my favourite foods. After six weeks my core has got better and my arms have got stronger - I can even do a few full press ups. Just thought you would be interested in knowing I played golf yesterday at the RAC Club.
